The object is located in the territory of Klaipeda Old Town.
The structural composition of the building consists of two parts that are functionally connected to each other. Old, reconstructed part, five floors with a basement. The new presented part is on two floors (one of the – cinema halls designed on the plinth floor). The Culture Factory currently has art manufactory facilities, a café, a cinema hall with 115 spectators, a multifunctional and dance hall, etc. halls for needs.
The old part reinforced all the structures that make up the structure of the structure.
Pile foundations used to stabilize the sediment of the existing building, fitted with a “wedge” grid for the existing foundations. Pressures are provided to ensure the vertical position of the outside walls. Designed glued timber roof, new escape staircase, reinforced ceilings, and masonry walls. The newly constructed section uses 19.5m long “Deltabeam” composite beams (these beams are designed to take on overlapped roof and snow loads). The foundation is polar, structural elements are prefabricated.
