Zero cycle structures: pile foundations, reinforced steel concrete grilles and plinth plates. Floors – fibreboard reinforced with elastic base.

The frame consists of reinforced concrete prefabricated columns, ribs and hollow core slabs. The second-floor tennis court is covered with two-pivot frames of glued wood and steel columns.

Wheelbase 36m. Steel templates designed to absorb the effects of transverse forces on the support members of composite frames. Vertical and horizontal connections are designed to ensure the stability of building structures.

Technical and work designs of constructions were prepared, project supervision was performed.
